The only factor that may be in your favor is if MS responds to Sony’s discless PS5 and makes a cheaper Series X without a disc drive. That would go a ways to benefit your prediction.
Otherwise I guess I’m banking on Xboxs road map which does expect Series S to sell more by end of gen. Sure, I’ll take that bet.
Xbox: Best hardware, Game Pass best value, best BC, more 1st party genres and multiplayer titles.
