Genuine question: is there any evidence that sexual scenes with cartoon children makes pedosexual people more likely to do harmful things to actual children?
If yes, then that is a good argument against games like this. But if not, then what is wrong with this not being 'normal'? You can't make a moral value about someone's sexual preferences, no matter how repulsive they might seem to you. The only reason why pedophilia is bad, is because children can't give consent. And that's a good reason. However, the whole taboo of "being attracted to children is bad because it's bad" is not a good reason. If people are attracted to children but not actually doing any harm, you can't blame them for that.
