Can you explain how one is supposed to read this chart? I’m not sure if I am Understanding it correctly? 

This is a box and whiskers plot. From top to bottom, line one or Q4 is the maximum value, line two is Q3, or the upper median, Q2 is the median, Q1 is the lower median, and Q0 is the median value.
