Or, perhaps, English isn't your primary language and you need to work on your composition. |
Their lack of comprehension has nothing to do with my composition. Perhaps you and others simply don't have such logic based skills, and through a pathetic attempt at avoiding the point, have to resort to misplaced comments to make up for your own inadequacies.
I'll try and lower the bar for you and others since you seem to be struggling.

EVERYONE else in these Famitsu threads is talking about Japan only though. Only you bring up worldwide, but it's irrelevant to this discussion. Why is this so hard for you to understand? Famitsu threads discuss Japan only sales. There are plenty of other threads here that talk about global sales, take these discussions there where they will actually make some sense. As for this week's numbers: seems that all software is up, and I'm pleasantly surprised to see PS4 rebound a bit this week. Switch pretty much matches YoY, which I honestly expect for the rest of the year. XBox Series consoles holding on ok too. |
I don't know how much clearer I can be:
JP software sales tied to JP hardware sales which is tied to global hardware production. So if the point is JP software sales are low, then global hardware production being sold out is as on topic as it gets.

This only means Sony hates japan. They could produce more units for the launch of PS5 than for PS4, yet still managed to deliver less of them to japan. Also for the games: the attach rate is below 1. So people bought PS5 without a game. |
With digital being higher than ever on PS in JP, PS5 players buying PS4 software, PS+ free games being more popular than most retail games, a digital only SKU making up 20% of sales and PS+ collection, going on about attach ratio by only looking at physical is moot.
You're also wrong. At this point in time, Sony sold 0 PS4s.
