If the games you're referring to haven't been released yet, or in fact aren't close to release, then they haven't spent 20 million+ yet, and those wouldn't be fully factored in to a budget. You can't have it both ways. Either they spent 20 million dollars to develop, market, and publish a title, or they are still developing a title, and haven't come close to your 20 million mark yet. |

Sure we dont know titles... we know a bunch of titles as well as the 13 un named titles still to be released by Sony. Its mostly all dev costs. Some marketing for the games closer to being finished but otherwise none.
