With regards to Galar it's understandable, Smash Bros. Ultimate came out the year before Pokemon Sword and Shield, but not having Pokemon reps from Hoenn or Unova feels like a waste.

Who would be the Pokemon reps in Smash from those regions though? I was thinking Sceptile as the Hoenn rep since we only have one Grass-type Pokemon playable, and Genesect to represent Unova since it'd be the first Bug-type playable in Smash.

I just want Blaziken in Smash.

I'd love to see Decidueye. Probably my favourite grass type and my favourite starter of the last few gens.
