2020 in the end wasn't that bad wrt to game purchases, I spent less than 2017 and 2019 but way more than 2018.

From the records I've been keeping.....2020 I bought more games/DLC content than any other year and beating my previous record which was back in 2018.

Notice the trend...going from "No Job/Poverty" to "$12 a hour job" to a "middle class wage/income" makes a big difference.

2020: 692
2019: 512
2018: 646
2017: 363
2016: 316
2015: 447
2014: 263
2013: 183
2012: 37
2011: 6
2010: 3

This is what I have spent on software (not counting hardware) these past years in euros.
Seems like a normal year for me is in the high two hundreds.

2020: 215
2019: 284
2018: 119
2017: 274
2016: 92
2015: 271
2014: 255
2013: 262
