Last time we heard from Uncharted 4 was nearly 2 years ago (18-19 months ago).
By then it was at 16,2million.  No idea how well its sold, in that time, but..... its not unthinkable it could go over 20m either.

Spiderman was at 13,2m 14 months ago.  With spiderman getting a enhanced mode for PS5, I'm pretty sure that is going over 20m.

And should we count Spider-Man Miles Morales Ultimate Edition giving original SM Remaster, should be count it as a bundled sale?

2 for 1 (spiderman + miles morales), its still another copy of Spiderman sold (even if it comes bundled with Miles Morales).

Yeeeaaaah .... I don't know if I'd agree with this kind of logic since it would mean any game packaging another as kind of a "bonus" would automatically up the sales of the original.

Now the real problem for the ultimate edition would be to have actual numbers seperated from thw whole since it's there only only gonna disclosed the sales for Miles Morales and not this edition with the Spiderman remaster.

You can pay for MM only or buy the ultimate to get SM, so clearly the motivation to pay extra is to have the original, so in a way the sales should be accounted for. But yep it would create a lot of confusion.
