Doubt it.
Nintendo has too many teams doing god knows what.
Retro/Hal/the Wii Fit team/the Galaxy team/EAD/Intelligent Systems/Monolith/and RD1-4 should all be fairly free.
I'm sure some of the teams are doing Disaster, Animal Crossing, Pikmin, and Wii Music but that should leave six-ten teams with unannounced projects for a while.
People are difficult to govern because they have too much knowledge.
