A teaser...or announcement makes complete sense. Zelda launched with the Wii....and it's development began during the GameCube era (consider Twilight Princess a GameCube port). There's no reason that almost two years after launch that they shouldn't at least show us the general theme of the world, the graphic style, and an image of Link, Zelda, and Ganondorf.
If they don't...it will only be because they want to give precedence to games like Kid Icarus, Pikmin 3, and Animal Crossing.
I give it a 35% chance (as a reveal and nothing else).
