I'd guess...
USA, Canada, Mexico, UK, France, Germany, Japan, Australia are consistently over a $1,000,000,000 now.
Some combination of South Korea/Spain/Italy/Netherlands/India/China probably see peak years over a $ billion but then will decline a big in the natural ebb-flow of the console cycle.
People are difficult to govern because they have too much knowledge.
