I don't watch much seasonal anime. The only ones I'd recommend are Oregairu season 3 (if you've watched the first 2 seasons and liked it) and Attack on Titan's final season starting December.
Assuming AoT follows the manga properly, it's practically a whole different series from this point. Considering the manga is still ongoing, the 'final season' will have to be longer than a couple cours, likely split at some point, unless they plan to really cram it all.
I did finally get around to binging all the Simp Art Online Alicization episodes. I've never taken the series too seriously and have enjoyed it for what it was previously, but these arcs were a real chore to get through. If you've never been too into the series, you should honestly just drop it. If you've never watched it, don't bother.
