The PS4 store is currently too slow and unpredictable- As well as joining parties and opening friends profiles. It can take forever. There are obvious bottlenecks. |
I must have gotten so lucky, then, because my storefront is nearly instantaneous like 95% of the time. Opens up within seconds and very rarely lags once it loads up. I suppose I can really only go off my own experiences, but those experiences have always been neutral to positive, never negative.

It keeps excitement and hype high for the fanbase. Builds momentum and is arguably a better marketing strategy overall. I wouldn't be worried. We've been hearing reports of Sony: Caught off guard by MS announcements, overheating issues, delays to 2021 and all other sorts of nonsense since February. Turns out they had better showcases, they're more prepared with software and have put an over the top cooling system in place. They actually did show Destruction Allstars booting up from cold in the video. Not sure what you mean there? |
I wanted to ask him the same things since very little of what he said made sense, but I figured engaging him would just make matters worse.
I also feel that 'drip feeding' us has been pretty effective at keeping the PS5 in the cultural spotlight...and yet despite actively googling things I don't know much about the Xbox Series X. I know some, but I'd definitely argue there's more information out there on the PS5. Sony has had more positive feedback, shown more games, had more good news, and more momentum basically since day one. As soon as the 'Backwards compatibility' thing came out, it's been one bit of good news after the next.
