SNES: Chrono Trigger (one of the most polished games ever), DKC 2
GC: Metroid Prime, Resident Evil 4
Wii: Mario Galaxy
Wii U: Mario Kart 8
Switch: Luigi's Mansion 3, Dragon Quest XI

Can't say anything about NES and N64, haven't got these systems.
