Hey! Calling all Switch owners who may have had the same issue. I finally got my copy of Super Mario 3D Allstars and brought out my Switch, I've had it sitting on a shelf for about a year or so (since I finished Octopath Traveler) and when I tried to start it up, nothing happens. It won't charge or start, I've tried the regular methods, three different chargers (including the official Ninty one of course), hard reset and charging for an extended period of time before resetting. Even tried with shorter charger cables to provide a stronger charge. I also tried with and without the socket adapter (USB only in a USB hub charger) but nothing seems to work. I get the charging symbol in the upper left corner and the black/white Nintendo logo when I try to start it, but then it goes right back to the charging logo. The charger bar doesn't move and the battery appears to simply be dead.
Has anyone had this issue, and if you did how did you solve it?
PS: Yes, I also tried charging it in the dock, it has no effect.
