With the recent Big Navi RDNA2 leaks, more specifically the 40CU model, it's looks as though it may just be able to boost to 2500MHz. I wonder if SNY was aiming for this all along, or at least as close as they could get, which would put them at a max of 11.5TF. Cerny makes a point of saying in the road to PS5 GDC talk, that they had to cap the GPU because at higher clocks above 2200MHz it could cause logic issues. Maybe the 2200MHz 10.3TF outcome was slightly lesser than SNY had hoped for initially? Just a thought.
