Great for Gamepass, but overall a bit concerning. This is the kind of acquisition that feels like there is little userbenefit as Zenimax already had infinite budget and had very successful IPs that don't need MS' money. Instead of us getting new games and experiences, its just a big money hat.
Maybe they'll keep Bethesda games multiplatform but then I'd question the acqusiton and why not just an EA style gamepass partnership
