No. They'll still happen. They just don't seem too big recently. Nintendo has no current incentive to drop the Switch's price when it sells so well. Sony and Microsoft (namely Microsoft) have deals on their hardware year-round at major retailers, so they haven't seen the need for a price cut in a while.
