People just have to be patient. Its better to be waiting for the game than having to be dead and not having the chance to play the game. 

I think everyone knows what's happening, just not everyone agrees on how much leeway should be given.

People could be more patient and understanding about it, but eh so what if they complain. They'll shut up when Nintendo inevitably reveals the good stuff.

The more Nintendo waits the more people sell their Switch. Similar to the Wii and Wii U era. Long droughts and people got sick of it and just sold them off.
