I'm not rattled cause uhm it's my 4th contact encounter with a car already, starting at 12 years old. When I got to Canada back in '02 there weren't many cyclists at all, nowadays you see plenty. Plus Covid-19 has made it quite busy on the trails. Repetition and familiarity is the biggest factor that lead to zoning out. Got to switch it up and not take the same way back too often. Plenty choice here. For the past 10 years I've been keeping a map of every road I've cycled on, TDU style, got to fill in the entire map haha.

I hope that his pre-covid invitation is still valid in 1 - 2 years. I'd like to visit Canada again, all our former trips there were awesome.
