Oh it's definetly a big title. Given the circumstances this series just became exponentially bigger. If this game had released on PS3 or 360, the series would be about as big as the other 3. But becuase it's on the Wii, it just became huge.
As for a niche series, I guess you could say that. I mean it's alike to the other surivival horrors, so I doubt it's that much of a niche series. But it doesn't mean it can't sell. I mean look at MGS. Huge niche series that sells extremely well. Remember niche is only there to describe game in being very specific in appeal. Doesn't mean that appeal can't sell to people you wouldn't htink would buy it.
