This is a very weak argument. This is equivalent to the whole "It's 20XX, it shouldn't be this way." Thats a lame ass excuse for why something shouldn't be that way just because of the year we live in and so is the excuse that because other companies do it, so should nintendo. So what if Sony has a 14 day refund limit, Nintendo isn't Sony. It's a bad practice, but do we expect Nintendo to now back peddle on their policies because everyone else does it? 

Yes, I want Nintendo to compete with other firms to satisfy consumer demand. As do most sane people.
