The most ridiculous part is not being able to cancel preorders. That is so out there it's almost comically awful. Nintendo makes great games but when it comes to how they treat consumers they're among the worst for video game companies and the almost complete lack of ability to refund games is a good example of why. Stuff like that makes me not want to buy Nintendo products. Really other than the quality of their games the only area it seems they're not bad to awful in is dlc. Other than the free to play mobile ones they don't fill their games with microtransactions and overall are reasonable enough with how they do dlc so that's nice at least.
