This is big news. I can't imagine Capcom just skipping over the entire Fighting genre next generation, since even SFV sold great numbers (4.5 million) lifetime despite a bad start, but I'm guessing any projects they currently have in that genre are being delayed at very least.
This is not to say Capcom won't be focusing on Monster Hunter and Resident Evil. Those will obviously be the priority. But Street Fighter is in third or fourth place as far as their priorities go, depending on what they decide regarding Devil May Cry.
