I would give you a 7 out of 10. Your island is nice overall, and is pretty good for someone who played organically. I don't mind the empty spaces. I actually learned to appreciate them as I can't do anything on mine anymore before destroying something I've already done. And the natural spaces make us see more your terraforming (which was nicely done) Maybe I'm missing some beach decoration, nothing extravagant (god knows how difficult is to design a nice beach), but something to feels more like a public beach. |
Yeah I definitely wanted some more natural scenery on my island outside of the village area. I tried to line up the forests and elevations similar to the Guardia world map in 1000 AD Chrono Trigger as well, to play into the theme. I will be doing more with those areas in the fall, when certain furniture that has a more natural feel to it becomes available.
My next project is the beaches. The one on the right side of the island seems ok, but I want to do something with the beach beneath the museum. I am thinking some kind of boardwalk but have not decided yet.
No idea what I will be doing with the left beach yet. I figured to make the right beach the public one, because thats where civilization is.
