I'm tired. So far only left home to grocery store or to see a doctor. Never in my life I experienced such level of seclusion, it's really starting to affect my mental health

Yeah, I've spent the last two months in a flat by myself with no human contact at all, and the seclusion is really affecting me too.

Still, I'd rather this than getting sick and potentially dying. While it is taking its toll, at least I can feel somewhat safe.

I try to mentally reframe it from "I am stuck at home" to "I am safe at home".
