I suppose this kind of goes without saying, but if MS show more cool looking exclusives/hostages than Sony do, with a lower system price point, and more powerful hardware, then that will probably do it.
Bonus points if they add mod support like we get on the PC, or free online, full backwards compatibility, and/or if they mumble some PR gibberish about wanting to put consumers first in an attempt to please the public.
