The thing that I think Sony needs to learn from for the ps5 that the switch did perfectly is that less is more. The switch has a sleek modern design and the little things it has that really seperate it from just a tablet. It was a statement as well. I remember the Wii U was thought of as a toy by many people and when the switch reveal came out, everyone was like Woah Nintendo means business. This design was not pandering to children, it was just about getting the job done and appealed to mostly 20+ year olds. That's why I like the switch design the best from Ninty.

Also the dock adds some personality to it and there's something so amazing about seeing a switch in the dock. You can customize the colours of the dock with a skin as well and the whole package fits cleanly so you can easily travel with it.

I have to say though that design wise, I loved the edges of the Wii U discs. That small detail was really awesome and I remember I would touch the outside edges of the disc of every game I bought. I personally do like the Wii U design as well but that might be nostalgia for me.
