Also considering that there is a global pandemic going on, this is really well put together presentation and professionally done.

Microsoft take notes! None of that webcam malarkey.

To be fair, the Xbox thing was in May while full lockdowns were still in effect. Lockdowns have largely been lifted since then, likely made things easier on Sony. I'm sure the quality will be way better on the July show, executives and developers will be able to go into actual studios/booths to record their talking bits, instead of having to webcam them.

I'm sure it will be better than their May thing, but lets not kid ourselves, that doesn't take much. All I know is that MS really needs to show something really, really impressive to stop Sony's momentum. IDK but I got a feeling Halo, Forza and bunch of indie titles probably isn't going to cut the mustard, especially if they're just Xbox One games, that run and look better on Series X.

If MS isn't making any next gen exclusives, I'm also not sure if they should do a separate event for their 1st party games. They should at least try to get some big 3rd party games like BF6 in there to make things more exciting and less predictable. If not, then my guess is they'll be using some smoke and mirrors and show us a ton of cgi concept trailers.
