Does USA go back into lockdown a month from now?
Does Trump "cancel" the elections, due to new outbreak of coronavirus? He'll pull a putin, and just give himself 4 more years?

Unlike Putin, he can't. His term ends in January, and both House and Senate need a 2/3 majority vote to extend that date further, and that won't happen. He needs to get elected to stay in power, at least for now.
