Only experience I even have with it, was a couple of the first chapters when it was put in Jump Start. Funny enough, VIZ didn't even greenlight it after that for the english Weekly Shonen Jump, because I guess they didn't believe it'd take off lol. |
Well, I mean it is much like Shingeki no Kyojin. The anime boosted the manga very much, and just shows why it is worth making anime. Since anime is mostly made to sell manga. But of course each individual volume is one piece level, much like Shingeki no Kyojin.
I am a bit surprised One Piece stays so consistent with over 450m sales.
