eh not really but I don't recommend it at all. Achievement wise it's rather easy (with a guide telling you what to do in order to advance) but incredibly frustrating due to it being incredibly buggy and also luck based.
As for other Game Pass games I'm not sure what you already played and I don't see a point in recommending well known games.
I'm currently playing the DLCs for Mutant Year Zero: Road to Eden which is on Game Pass. Very much recommended and not unlike Gears Tactics albeit with more stealth elements.
Steamworld Dig 2 is a fantastic Metroidvania game.
Super Lucky's Tale is a very underrated platformer. Had lots of fun with it and it looks very pleasing.
Superhot is addicting as hell.
And since I mentioned it a few times earlier, Frostpunk.
