I don't see Ninty kindly conceding its system selling exclusives to competing platforms, but I can see it expanding in other markets, it always did it, although it mainly focused on console market since NES times. As for expanding its gaming division outside of first party consoles, I can see it keeping on doing it, and even expanding it, mainly with specific games for Android and iOS, as long as they keep on non representing a menace to Ninty consoles, even more if they keep on also being powerful competitors for Microsoft.
BTW Android versions can also end on PC without necessarily needing Windows, as they just need an Android environment to run.
There are many things Ninty can do without compromising the advantages its consoles gather from first party exclusives.
Obviously non gaming market expansion can happen everywhere without console market protection worries, the only criteria will be potential profitability, potential market width, image return (Ninty won't consider even the most profitable porn business, for example) and financial viability and risk.
