Between all this "we will have WWIII because there might have been an accident in a laboratory" and "nobody needs the WHO for coordinating stuff between countries If every country has an own organization" it's hard to find logical posts in this thread now.
No, we won't have a war and no, your own organization won't be enough for experts in your country to get enough needed information about the situations in all other countries.
How fast do you expect the information flow between all countries if there wouldn't be a WHO but only 200 own organizations with one in every country? Common...
