Video games are a lot more tied to their hardware and its abilities than books and movies/TV. The latter two are pre-recorded images that play out exactly the same every time. Video games are meant to change, in varying degrees, with the player's input, whether you're playing Call of Duty or Animal Crossing, even with streaming, and streaming will never be as good as dedicated hardware on the user's end.
