Well... There is a report on cnn how coroners can't get any test kits at all for post mortem analysis. That is one sure way to hide real numbers (France has shown how that turns out). Orangehead and his bible thumping sidekick at work is my guess.

This might also simply be a lack of available tests right now. It looks like the US have hit a wall at around 30k positive tests,so it's possible that this is due to not more tests being available right now.

That said, I don't expect them to be tested later, I'm sure they'll be happier with the lower numbers...
