Sony-Rumble, Analog stick, D pad. Shoulder buttons.  Diamond pattern for face buttons.

Oh, and their entire first console, which they worked on with Nintendo!

Microsoft- Same things +Triggers and now they are planning to copy miis and the wii mote.

Edit: ALso copying isn't bad, but  it doesn't bring sucess.
