I think a cloud version may be likely. They could optimize the game to work on Switch hardware since we already saw Witcher 3 work on it, but it would take a ton of optimization and time. Porting Witcher 3 to Switch alone took a year to accomplish, it wouldn't be an easy task for Capcom to get it working on the Switch.
