So, I got the thread halfway updated again.

I also exchanged the old table with the one from the Google Document which is much more up to date, clearer and more complete.

Once that's (finally) done, I'll note down which games one has already rated to avoid someone giving several ratings for the same game. Until then, feel free to send in your ratings, I'll gladly include them in the next updates.
