Hes only got one (hand), thats why the Wii is such a big thing for him. My main point: Why count bundles at all when they aren't sold? They don't produce any revenue, they introduce fuzzyness to the numbers, and their main purpose is added value - akin to a price cut. |
They do add value in revenue simply by being the bundle. Tons and tons of people bought their NES, Gameboy or Wi solely for Super Mario Bros, Tetris or Wii Sports. The bundle is important. Sure, the game would have not sold as much if it wasnt bundled, but thats why you see reference to both "best selling game" and "best selling non-bundled game."
My consoles and the fates they suffered:
Atari 7800 (Sold), Intellivision (Thrown out), Gameboy (Lost), Super Nintendo (Stolen), Super Nintendo (2nd copy) (Thrown out by mother), Nintendo 64 (Still own), Super Nintendo (3rd copy) (Still own), Wii (Sold)
