edit: you make it more harmful by creating the idea like you are owed something. Yes, knowing news helps. However, under those conditions, the way you are dealing with it genuinely does not seem to be helping your mindset whatsoever.

I am not a medical professional, but In this context, the lack of news is only harmful if you make it harmful.

Edit 2: it is not Nintendo’s responsibility or fault for your happiness or well-being. Their decisions can certainly influence that, but at the end of the day you are responsible for those and that is why I criticized you as such.
