Even if this mirrors 2016, Biden is still a much more popular candidate than Clinton, and he has demonstrated a resiliency to scandal and other issues. At this point in time in 2016, Hillary had a favorability rating around -15. Biden's favorability is basically even. That is a huge difference. Hopefully, the progressives get over their Bernie despair over the next few months, and we'll have a real solid chance.
