I prefer quick burst reveals and trailers. I'm really not a fan of spoilers in video games or movies (even color pallete revelations bother me as I really want to be surprised as the game or movie progresses), so while I appreciate what a Treehouse event can do to get people unfamiliar with the title excited, usually all I need to know is the hook and get a general gist of the graphical fidelity or tone of the game to get hyped.
