Why is it always the far left who can't see qhat is right in front of them. There's a bio lab down the street from ground zero, it may not be a bio weapon but it is almost certainly engineered and to what end? It also doesn't need to be a purposeful release, why would it? You've got to be stupid or ignorant to think this isn't a lab breach and considering it's characteristics, it wasn't just being studied with no end goal, almsot certainly being altered. 

The Corona virus is known since the 60s and those animals you got at ground zero can have it in them. 

But I guess you can always find something else if you need to fit it in a conspiracy theory. Why it's always the not so far left who love conspiracy theories?
