I just explained to you why Nintendo and third parties are at odds. It's not in the interest of AAA third parties to establish Switch as an alternative free of lootboxes and the like, because that could start to hurt their business on other platforms.

By the way, the BioShock Collection has been announced for Switch.

So NBA 2K and Fifa games doesn't have any of that stuff?
