You have great taste. That we haven't had another Orre game is a travesty. Colo/XD are easily the best turn-based RPGs in the whole series.
My own rankings look very similar (Gens 3 and 5 are very close - I'd put 3 marginally higher). I'd say go for Sword/Shield, they're still fun and the DLC should hopefully fix the issues I have with them.
