Yes.
The game was refreshing and novel, which was especially impressive given the release year and open-world genre. It felt like a true adventure, carving out the map in any way you saw fit. Real world logic could be applied to situations which was unexpectedly engaging in its own right.
It was a return to the original Legend of Zelda, which ironically meant it didn’t feel like a “traditional” Zelda game to newer/younger fans of the series. WindWaker is still my personal favourite in the series, but I would love to see how Nintendo could merge the format of Breath of the Wild with what have now become staples of the series.
