If it is true, Id go in 3DS like route:
New Switch.
Slightly power upgrade for faster loadings and more stable fps/resolution, same size, but slightly bigger screen(half bezels size), slightly different design, so the screen do not touch the dock(older and new) ; 128Gb storage. Dock case with different design, but still work in any switch version. No exclusives this time.
350$.
However, id bet this for after switch sales decline, and for 300$, along with a 50$ price cut in all other models.
