Most rumors seemed to be pointing towards no more light bar. However the question has been posed how that works for VR BC though in that case. It's fine if it's there, just have the option to turn it off.

There is a possibility  for the premium one, but i doubt Sony make premium one (from past history) . Sony usually just let third party controller company make one and Sony just sell the license.  

True, but if PS is willing to bring in third party studios to the PS software family, then taking some minor third party hardware and doing it themselves wouldn't be crazy. They are a hardware company after all.

PS4   - $- We must build a console that’s affordable, charges for services, and pumps out exclusives.

PRO  -%-We must build a console that's VR ready, checkerboard upscales, and sells but a fraction of the money printer.

PS5   - ^ -We must build a console that’s a generational cross product, with RT lighting, and price hiking.

PRO  -&- We must build a console that Super Res upscales and continues the cost increases.
