And considering how important people hold sex and sexuality in this world, I'm shocked that this isn't even more contested than it already is. I'm glad it's banned in Germany, now I hope it'll be banned in the rest of the civilized world, too.

It's not very contested across the world PRECISELY because the world is not actually civilized. Civilization is but a veneer that will crack easily at almost anything as demonstrated time and again across human history.

Humans are ignorant, violent, prejudiced etc and worst of all arrogant. They don't learn from their past mistakes. They are disconnected from nature and they love to impose their culture no matter how barbaric and counter-natural it may be. Circumcision is a very good example of this. People are SO BRAINWASHED by the culture of circumcision that they even consider it the normal state of the human body, they become incapable of asking the very basic question: If that part of the body is not normal or not supposed to be there then WHY are we born with it? And that shows the dangers of what I call: CULTURAL BRAINWASHING. Where something unnatural is accepted as the norm so much that the natural state of the body is viewed by those people as being weird or disgusting or non socially acceptable.

It's much easier to mutilate kids than to teach them what they need to know about their bodies. That way one avoids talking about certain issues, explaining how to be clean down there etc. Cause nudity and sex are the big monsters, the big demon, the big evil. Not mutilation, not violence, not war, all those things are perfectly fine in our so called civilized societies. Video games demonstrate this perfectly: It's very common to kill, murder and torture but nudity, sex? That actually shocks people in those rare instances where sex appears in video games. If that does not show how disconnected we are from nature, nothing does!

Anyway, long story short, what I mean to say here is, I'm amazed to hear that circumcision is banned in Germany. I have little to no faith in mankind, but if what you say is true, then I must tip my hat at Germany. You guys are morally ahead of others when it comes to this topic and I applaud you!
